APDQS-32-i Model is used for collecting oil into a drum can.
The pump utilizes compressed air.
The types of drum cans used with the pump are in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) – closed drum can with two openings, diameters: Ø3/4” (ca. 20 mm) and Ø2” (ca. 50 mm).
Drum can is not included.

Both pipe and hose are removable. The construction of parts, which have contact with the fluid, is simple.

High capacity! Explosion proof!
The pump utilizes high capacity drum cans. It is the most suitable model for high viscosity oil (4000 cP max recommended). No need for electricity – all you need is a source of compressed air. It is an explosion proof model – can be safely used in hazardous areas.
Liquid suction/collection mechanism:
- The air (0.4~0.6 Mpa) is let through a coupler connected to a compressor.
- Instead of entering the tank, the air leaves the system through the ejector.
- Negative pressure occurs in the ejector, the air is sucked out of the tank.
- The fluid is being sucked through the nozzle.
- The fluid fills the tank full. A float ball blocks the outlet. Suction stops.
