Industrial Separate Pneumatic Pump for Drum Can (SANITARY TYPE Separate Air Pressure Pump)

(for delivering sanitary fluids from drum cans)

Model: APDQS-1(1.5)s-i, used for sanitary purposes.

Compressed air operated pump – electricity is not required.

Drum can types utilized by this pump, are in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) and international standards, closed drum cans with 2 inlets, the smaller one: 3/4” (ca. 20 mm); the bigger one: 2” (ca. 50 mm).

Drum can is not included.

The device copes with high viscosity fluids (4000 cP – recommended max). Considerably high delivery rate (for even higher delivery rate, choose model APDS-1(1.5)s-i . The pump utilizes no electricity and can be operated safely in hazardous areas.

Disassembly and cleaning is easy! High reliability!

The construction of the parts, which have contact with the fluid, is very simple. It guarantees long life and high reliability of the pump. Disconnect the ferrule connector with just one touch! Thorough cleaning has never been easier! This is a separate type: the delivery part is supposed to be connected to the larger inlet of the drum can, while the compressor part should be connected to the other, smaller inlet.

 

Fluid delivery (dispensation) mechanism:

 

1. Air (0.1~1 MPa) is let in.
2. Through the regulator, the compression is set to 0.05.
3. The compressed air enters the tank.
4. The pressure inside the tank rises, pushing the surface of the liquid.
5. The pushed liquid enters the suction pipe.
6. The liquid enters the delivery hose and leaves the system through a gun nozzle.
